Refund policy
At AEQUIL®, we want you to feel confident when ordering from us. Because our products are ingestible supplements and personal-use transdermal patches, returns are handled with care to ensure safety, hygiene, and quality for all customers.
RETURNS
We offer a 30-day return window, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original, sealed packaging
- All safety seals must be intact
- You must provide proof of purchase
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, partially used, or tampered with, including food supplements and transdermal patches.
To start a return, please contact us at info@aequil.com. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a shipping label where applicable.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@aequil.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We’ll assess the situation promptly and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For safety and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used food supplements
- Opened or used transdermal patches
- Any product with a broken safety seal
- Sale or promotional items
- Gift cards

EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, the fastest way to receive a replacement product is to place a new order once your refund has been processed.
RETURNS & RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for all costs incurred when returning items, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
If you are on a subscription plan, please ensure changes or cancellations are made before your next billing date. Once a subscription order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
To qualify:
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging
- All safety seals must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Opened or used supplements and patches are excluded from this right for health and hygiene reasons.
REFUNDS
Once your approved return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
