Are the bottles and packaging recyclable?
Yes, the bottles, the cap, the cup, the packaging, the pouch, and the patches are all recyclable.
Are the products suitable during pregnancy or whilst breastfeeding?
For pregnant or breast-feeding women. We recommend that you seek the advice of a health professional before taking any product.
Are the products suitable for children?
Yes, all products, supplements, patches, sound baths and affirmations are suitable for children. There are subliminal benefits to playing the affirmations for your children whilst they are sleeping.
Are there any toxins, artificial ingredients, or preservatives in the products?
As we wish to reach out to people of any ages and religion, we decided not to use alcohol as a preservative. We chose instead to use the minimum effective amount of artificial preservative, to ensure product reliability. All ingredients authorised in the products are non-toxic.
Can I drink the solution/ food supplement undiluted?
Yes, always follow the recommended dosage.
It might however taste bitter for some people, this is fine, simply add to your favourite juice or drink to mask the flavour if you find it unpleasant.
Can I experience negative effects in detoxification?
Yes, detoxification discomfort may occur, particularly if you have a heightened sensitivity due to any pre-existing conditions. The detox process affects everyone differently. Always take the recommended dose.
It is crucial to follow the recommended journey schedule for our Signature Freedom System. This system is designed to remove toxins, balance immunity, and improve circulation, which in turn may impact emotions. As a result, you may experience mild discomfort.
If discomfort persists, please pause for 5 days. You may then try again with a lower dose and gradually build up. If discomforts continue, stop using the products and contact us for guidance.
Our goal is to help you cleanse and detoxify your energy, body, and mind effectively and safely.
Can I increase or decrease how often I take the supplements?
No, we always recommend you follow the journey schedule and dosage for all our products.
With LIFE SUPPORT+ products, you can increase to a maximum of 3 or 4 5 ml doses per day for adults, if required.
If you experience any persistent problems, stop using the products and contact us.
Can I keep it close to my computer?
Yes, our dynamized water products have been specially designed not to be affected by electronic devices, computers phones etc., or whilst flying.
Can I mix supplements in my hot tea?
Yes, make sure you stir carefully before drinking, and always follow the recommended daily dosage.
For example, you can sip SLEEP+ dynamized food supplement in your favourite bedtime tea.
Can I mix supplements with other drinks?
Yes, you can mix with a smoothie, a shake, a bottle of water, or fruit juice. Shake or stir vigorously, and always follow the recommended daily dosage.
Can I overdose on the supplements?
No. you cannot overdose on our products. However, you can detoxify too quickly and should decrease the dose if any discomfort occurs.
We always recommend you follow the journey schedule and dosage for all our products.
During the start of the SIGNATURE FREEDOM SYSTEM journey, the cleansing process might be too fast for you, if any discomfort occurs, decrease your O1 RESET dosage to once every two weeks until you feel comfortable, then you can return to taking O1 RESET once every week, at this point we suggest you restart the SIGNATURE FREEDOM SYSTEM journey and follow the full 3 steps.

Can I take 10 ml at once rather than 2x 5ml separately?
Yes, you can, but for optimal effect, it’s better to take it twice a day.
Can I take multiple products at the same time?
Yes, products have been professionally formulated to be able to be taken as a range/system to deal with all the challenges of life.
Can I take the supplements longer than suggested?
Yes, you can continue taking our food supplements, gong baths and affirmations for more than 3 months.
Can I use the products whilst flying?
Yes, however bottles are 300ml and cannot be taken on a plane. We would recommend transferring them into a smaller pre-cleaned, food grade bottle. You can wear our cosmetic patches. Some of our customers like to travel with MOOD+, AIRWAYS+, SLEEP+, and ENERGY+ for full support.
Should I keep supplements in the fridge?
No, it’s best to keep the products are room temperature.
Do I need to believe in the products and the journey for them to work?
No, it just requires your commitment and participation.
Do I need to keep supplements away from heat?
Yes, please keep away from sunshine, high temperatures and high humidity.
How should I shake the products?
Shake supplement bottle vigorously for 5 seconds before use. If you mix with a bottle of water or drink, shake, or stir vigorously again for 5 seconds after mixing then drink. Always follow the recommended daily dosage.
Is it suitable for professional athletes?
Yes, the formulations have been professionally designed for athletes too.
Is there a better time of the day to take the products?

What if I get a metal taste in my mouth?
The solution is mildly bitter and acidic. However, the metal taste is usually a sign that you have fillings of bad quality or some other underlying issue. Please contact us for advice.
What if I get the solution in my eyes?
Rinse thoroughly with clean water.

What shall I do if my skin gets irritated by a patch?
Remove the cosmetic patch and cleanse skin thoroughly with clean water. If you have allergies, please check the ingredients list before use. Patches are formulated with essential oils which contain allergens. We haven’t had any experience of negative reactions to the patches. If you do have a reaction, please contact so we can find out more.
What shall I do with the gasket if it falls from the cap?
Please refit the gasket, as it is important to keep bottle watertight and prevent leaks.
Does anything prevent the Liquid Intelligence™ from working properly?
We believe that the activity of the Liquid Intelligence™ may be affected by pacemakers, some types of metal fillings, copper IUDs, or surgical metal plates, pins, and staples.
If you have devices fitted it may lessen the products efficacy, although they will still work to your benefit and are completely safe to use.
When was the product created, how old is it?
Our ground-breaking Liquid Intelligence™ technology was created in 2016, and we started developing products straight away.

Why do I feel exhausted for a little while after the SIGNATURE FREEDOM SYSTEM journey?
When you go through the process of removing toxins, it requires more effort from the body and organs. This can affect your energy levels as you acclimatise to how you are feeling, once the effects of the substances and energies that were cluttering up your life, start to clear away.
Why do I feel tired when using the supplements?

What can I eat during the detox process?
You can keep eating drinking as usual, however for the maximum benefit from using our products we recommend removing or reducing from your diet foods that are difficult to digest like, dairy, gluten, sugar, fatty meats, and alcohol.

Do I still need to take other products for my gut, such as probiotics/ enzyme/omega 3, magnesium, iron, adaptogen?
Our full system supports your four essential functions and systems, so it is not necessary to take any other supplements. Supplements are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Why is there no alcohol in the products?
Because we would like everybody, regardless of religion, age, or physical and mental condition, to be able to use our products and improve.
