Not twenty products. One foundation.

Most people navigating long-standing challenges end up with twenty products. A sleep aid. A multivitamin. A digestive support. A magnesium. An adaptogen. A calmer for the nervous system. In demanding stretches, take Q1 and Q2 a little more often small amounts, more frequently, never larger doses. Frequency, not quantity.

What to expect: many people feel the first shifts sleep, energy, mood within two to three weeks. Deeper patterns rebuild across eight to ten weeks. The most complex, long-standing journeys ask for three months minimum and you won't walk them alone.
