AEQUIL® Customer Questionnaire Prize Draw
These terms apply to the prize draw run alongside the AEQUIL® customer questionnaire. Please read them before you enter. Entering the draw means you accept them.

Who can enter
The draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.
Employees of the promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the draw or its administration may not enter.
How to enter
Complete and submit the AEQUIL® customer questionnaire at aequil.com/pages/tell-me-how-you-got-on and give a valid email address. Submitting a completed questionnaire enters you into the draw automatically.
One entry per person. Where more than one entry carries the same email address, only the first is counted.
No purchase is necessary. You do not need to have bought anything from AEQUIL® to enter or to win, and buying something does not improve your chance of winning.
Entries submitted by agents, third parties, or automated means are not accepted. Incomplete questionnaires are not entered.
Closing date
Entries close at 23:59 (UK time) on 31 August 2026. Any entry received after that time is not counted, whatever the reason for the delay.
The prize
There are 30 prizes.
Each winner receives one AEQUIL® Travel Collection, containing one pack each of Be Rested, Be Energised, Be Clear and Be At Ease.
There is no cash alternative. The prize is not transferable and may not be sold or exchanged. The promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside its control.
How the winners are chosen
The 30 winners are drawn at random from all valid entries on 1 September 2026.
The draw uses an automated random selection process, carried out in the presence of an independent person who is not connected with the draw.
How the winners are told
Winners are contacted by email on 1 September 2026, at the address given on the questionnaire.
A winner who does not reply within 14 days of that email may forfeit the prize. Where that happens, the promoter may draw a replacement winner in the same way.
Prizes are sent to a UK address supplied by the winner, within 28 days of the winner confirming their details.
Winner details
The first name and county of each winner will be available for one month after the draw. To request them, write to the promoter at the address above.
If you win and would prefer your details were not made available in this way, tell us when you accept your prize. We will provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request instead.
Your information
The information you give on the questionnaire is handled as set out in our privacy policy. Entering the draw does not add you to any marketing list.
General
The promoter's decision on all matters relating to the draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The promoter may cancel or amend the draw, or these terms, where circumstances outside its reasonable control make that necessary. Any change will be published on this page.
The promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or corrupted in transmission.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
